Customer Responsibility

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that any web site is lawful, does not infringe any copyright or any other laws. It is also the customers responsibility to carry out any market research as to the viability and profitability of any project before accepting any quote. Before booking any Domain name you have to consult your CA or Any Third party Company register vendors because, its client responsibility to choose company name it is not the responsibility of Royal IT Park Services. So, After booking a domain if there are any issues or problems the client has to be responsible for the consequences as Royal IT Park Services will be starting the work as per client request.. Any company having issues regarding domain / company name or regarding website content is purely customer responsibility. Our company is providing only services so before completion of the project it's the client's responsibility to cross check everything once delivered the project, the company will only take care of support. This is only applicable for paid customers.

At project acceptance Royal IT Park Services can provide an estimated completion date, however we cannot guarantee this date as a final completion date. ( Because of many reasons like lay out acceptance or manpower issues, repeated revisions etc).

A deposit of no less than 50% of the total quoted price must be provided before project commencement. This is 100 % Applicable to any client once a project is accepted before starting any project we will take 50% advance. Rest of the amount during testing time. Especially Dynamic websites initial 50% & once Design Layout Approved Remaining payment 50 % has to be paid or Else we don't continue any more as per our company terms & conditions.

Royal It Park Services will initially place the client’s website on a demonstration server for the client view and comment upon the project. Once the client has approved the project a final invoice will be raised. After the Design Approval confirmation by the client we will request the Last installment of the project 50 % then only we can continue the project or else as per our company terms we can quit the project any time & there won't be any refund policy as per terms.

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time without prior notice. If a quote at an original price has been made it will be valid for 28 days and subsequently during the life of the current commission, however additional work may be charged for using the new pricing structure.

A client’s site will be hosted once approval of the design and content is given; however we reserve the right to remove the site at any time until the complete invoice is paid. All material, both content and images, supplied by the client and used in the construction of the client’s website, will remain the client’s property. All such material will be assumed to be the property of the client and free to use without fear of breach of copyright laws.

After the Project completes, the client has 15 days time to ask us for any errors after that paid support is applicable, there is no Free support for Dynamic websites.

We consider Renewals period once book Domain or allocate hosting for domain form that time onwards the service validity counts.

Royal It Park Services offer annually renewable packages of hosting and updating service agreements which can be purchased as part of a package or separately. These include hosting, content updating and search engine submissions and Domain Registration & website maintenance etc.

Hosting, support and updating services are annually renewable, package start dates are based on when the package or domain name is first registered or when hosting space allocated to Domain.

Hosting support and updating packages are renewed annually, invoices are provided approximately one month before the renewal date, however or usual payment terms apply from the invoice date. Its 100 % customer Responsibility to remind his/her renewal dates & kindly clear invoices before the expiration date. After the expiry, any services we can't retain services & we never maintain any domain or server back ups because, we can maintain only for our clients that also choose a package for back up plan for clients the company we maintain back ups.

Customers wishing to cancel a hosting, support or updating package must inform us before the invoice date otherwise full annual payment will be required.

No partial refunds will be given for hosting, servicing or updating packages canceled during the current agreements time period.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions your statutory rights are not affected. If a client does not read terms & conditions it's not company responsibility, they must read once bec, we are providing services so we must explain to them properly what is possible & when issues can arise.
