refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation Window
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- If the order has already been communicated to our operations team and the
development/assignment process has started, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Refund Policy
- Payments made for web development, software solutions, or related services are
non-refundable, except as specified in our official refund policy.
- Refund eligibility, if any, will be governed strictly by the company’s periodically updated refund guidelines.
3. Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders placed under the same-day delivery or express service category cannot be canceled.
- Services and solutions availed at special discounts or promotional offers are strictly
non-cancellable and non-refundable.
4. Subscription & Contract-Based Services
- For subscription-based services (such as SEO, digital marketing, hosting, or maintenance
packages), customers must provide at least three months’ prior written notice before
requesting cancellation.
- Cancellation requests made before completion of the minimum contract period will not be
accepted.
5. Custom & Project-Based Services
- Since web development and software projects involve extensive planning, resource allocation,
and execution, custom project fees are non-refundable once the work has been initiated.
- Any advance paid will be adjusted against future project milestones, but not refunded.
